Country Meadow Bakery started as a labor of love in a home kitchen on Country Meadow Road — the kind of place where every loaf is shaped by hand and the sourdough starter gets fed before anything else in the morning.
The focus is simple: real, unprocessed ingredients and the patience that good bread asks for. Naturally leavened sourdough, specialty breads, scones, cookies and a small-batch homemade ice cream line — all made in small quantities so each batch gets attention.
Each week a new menu drops on Wednesday across Instagram, Facebook and Nextdoor, with a Google order form to reserve your picks. You order ahead, we bake, and you swing by Hackettstown to pick it up fresh.
